- Once the tumbler is out of my hand and with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order. If an item is lost, you will need to contact USPA and file a claim with them,

There are certain times where a certain color tumblers are sold out and I am unable to get it, if this happens, I will message you. 

We can either choose a different color tumbler handle , wait until it gets back into stock or I can refund you.
